DoWell Research Return Policy

The eligibility of your return request may be affected if the condition of the returned item is misrepresented or the item returned is different from your purchase. In some circumstances, a different item returned may still be eligible for a refund or a replacement (for example, if you receive a wrong item due to an error).

Change of mind returns:

If you change your mind, you may return most new and unopened items within 15 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for the item, provided you comply with the conditions below. Original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.

Conditions applying to change of mind returns

Unless otherwise stated in this Policy:

  • All item packaging, documentation (e.g. original boxes, price tag intact, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal etc), and original accompanying accessories must be returned with the returned items.
  • Packaging must be unopened and seal intact (where applicable).
  • New items must be returned unused, undamaged and unworn.
  • All items must not be damaged, contain missing parts or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering.
  • All items must not have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery..

These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.

Customer Damage

DoWell is not required to accept any returned item that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse or tampering, is damaged, has missing parts or in an unsellable condition.

Shipping

For return requests which do not comply with our returns policies, you may be charged the return shipping cost.

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for any return shipping costs. If your item is eligible for and is returned using a pre-paid return option, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount ($7 for orders). Alternatively, if you use the self ship label, you are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.

Faulty Items

If you identify an item is faulty, arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item due to an DoWell error:

  • within the relevant return window for that item, you can return the item to us; or
  • outside the return window for that item please contact us as you may still be entitled to a refund, replacement (where available) or repair.

Where possible, please notify us of faulty items within 15 days from receipt of delivery.

  • Faulty items do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
  • All original accompanying documentation (e.g, price tag intact, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal etc), and original accompanying accessories must be returned with the returned item.

Return Items

Dowell will provide you with a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price of an product if the item:

  • didn’t start when it arrived; or
  • arrived in damaged condition,

and you return the item to us within 15 days from receipt of delivery.

The eligibility of your return request may be affected if:

  • the serial number of the returned item does not match the item delivered to you.
  • the condition of returned item is misrepresented.

Customers may be charged the return shipping cost for return requests which do not comply with our return policies.
